Email Notifications

Scarf can email you when new company activity appears in your organization. Each organization member controls the messages sent to their own account email. Organization administrators can also control Run-credit notices sent to the organization's billing email.

Open notification settings

1. Sign in to Scarf.
2. Open your organization.
3. Select Settings, then Notifications.

Scarf saves each change when you make it.

Available notifications

High-level summary statistics

Receive a weekly summary of your organization's Scarf events.

New companies

Receive a weekly list of companies that Scarf has identified for the first time.

New companies from target CRM accounts

Receive an email when Scarf finds a company through automatic matching to one of your CRM accounts. You can choose a daily or weekly delivery schedule.

This option appears when your organization has an eligible CRM integration. See CRM Integrations Overview for CRM setup and matching behavior.

New saved-filter results

Receive an email when new companies match your saved Company Insights filters. You can:

• choose daily or weekly delivery;
• watch every saved filter; or
• select individual filters.

Create and update saved filters from Company Insights before selecting them in notification settings.

Run credits depleted

Organization administrators can enable notices when the organization exhausts its included Runs. Scarf sends these notices to the organization's billing email, no more than once per day and twice per week.

This option appears only for organizations that use Run-based billing. See Billing and Pricing for details about Runs.

Delivery addresses

Scarf sends insight and company notifications to the account email shown on the Notifications page. To send those messages to another address, update your account email.

Scarf sends Run-credit depletion notices to the organization's billing email. An organization administrator can update that address in the organization's billing settings.
